Sergi Quintana is a Postdoctoral Researcher at the ROCKWOOL Foundation Berlin (RFBerlin). He holds a PhD in Economics from the IDEA Graduate Program at the Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona (UAB) and the Barcelona School of Economics.

His research lies in applied microeconomics, the economics of education, labor economics, and human capital. He focuses on career choices and human capital investment across the life cycle, combining structural models with reduced-form methods to study how individuals make educational and professional decisions.
