Gabriele is a Postdoctoral Researcher at the ROCKWOOL Foundation Berlin (RFBerlin). He is a labour economist studying the interactions between workers and firms, with particular interests in working time, job design, and wage determination in the context of migration and demographic change. He combines structural modelling with empirical methods to answer policy-relevant questions.
