I am a postdoctoral labor economist at the Department of Economics/FAIR at the Norwegian School of Economics.

My research studies how labor market inequalities arise from skill formation in education and subsequent job search and matching. I am particularly interested in social mobility and gender differences.

My work combines rich Norwegian administrative data with information extracted from text using natural language processing.
