Ahmet Gulek is a Postdoctoral Fellow at the Stanford Immigration Policy Lab under the supervisions of Jens Heinmueller and Ran Abramitzky. He received his PhD in Economics from MIT in May 2025. He is a labor economist with additional interests in applied econometrics, development economics, spatial economics, and health economics. He will be on the 2026-2027 academic job market.
