I am a Research Economist at the Banque de France and an Adjunct Professor at Sciences Po. My research focuses on labor markets at both the micro and macro levels, with a particular emphasis on employer–worker interactions. My projects have examined topics such as layoffs, employer hiring behavior, and wage inequality. I use cross-country harmonized administrative data and conduct original surveys as part of my research.
