Alessandra Voena is the Holbrook Working Professor of Price Theory in the Department of Economics at Stanford University. Her research focuses on the economics of the family, both in labor economics and in development economics. She received a PhD and MA in economics from Stanford University in 2011 and a bachelor’s degree from the University of Torino in 2005.
