Cem is an Economist at the Economics Department of the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD) and a Research Affiliate at the Paris School of Economics, IZA Institute of Labor Economics, and Sorbonne Economics Center. He obtained my PhD in Economics from the Paris School of Economics.
