Federica Meluzzi is a postdoctoral researcher at the Department of Economics at Bocconi University and an incoming Assistant Professor at LMU Munich. She holds a PhD in Economics from CREST, defended in October 2025. Her research lies in labor economics, with a focus on how peers, firms, and public policies shape gender norms. She is also interested in how misinformation and pay transparency policies affect wage inequality.
