About Guy Michaels
Guy Michaels is an Associate Professor of Economics at the London School of Economics (LSE) and the Director of the new Neighbourhoods Programme at Centre for Economic Performance (CEP). He also serves as an associate editor at the Economic Journal. His research focuses on labour economics, urban economics, and economic development. His publications include articles in the Quarterly Journal of Economics, Journal of Political Economy, American Economic Journal: Applied Economics, Review of Economics and Statistics, and the Journal of the European Economic Association. He has a B.Sc. in Mathematics, magna cum laude, from Tel-Aviv University and a Ph.D. in Economics from Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
