About Hyejin Ku

Hyejin Ku is an Associate Professor of Economics at University College London and Deputy Director of the Centre for Research and Analysis of Migration (CReAM). She is also affiliated with the ROCKWOOL Foundation Berlin Institute for the Economy and the Future of Work (RFBerlin) as a Project Leader. Her research interests are in labour economics and applied microeconomics. Her recent work has focused on the effects of incentive schemes and workplace policies on productivity, career progression and inequality, and on economics of immigration. More recently, her research has focused on knowledge creation and technology adoption, in particular the implications of China's scientific rise.
