Qinyou Hu is an Assistant Professor of Economics at the University of Texas at San Antonio Carlos Alvarez College of Business. She is also a Visiting Research Fellow at Aalto University School of Business. Qinyou received my PhD in Economics from Rice University in 2024. Her research in applied microeconomics examines how families, schools, and social networks shape human capital, health, and economic opportunity.
