About Giuseppe Ippedico
Giuseppe Ippedico is an Assistant Professor of Economics at the University of Nottingham. He obtained his Ph.D. in Economics in 2022 from the University of California Davis, where he also spent one year as a Postdoctoral Scholar at the Global Migration Center.
His research agenda is at the intersection between labor and public economics and broadly focuses on high-skilled migration, the effects of migrations on local economies, and on how tax incentives influence migration decisions.
Giuseppe joined RF Berlin as a Research Affiliate in July 2025.
