Jacob Vigdor is a Professor of Public Policy and Governance at the University of Washington, Seattle. He received a B.A. in Policy Analysis from Cornell University and a Ph.D. in Economics from Harvard University. He has published extensively on the topics of immigration, education, minimum wage, and racial inequality.
