Jeffrey (Jeff) Clemens is a Professor of Economics at UC San Diego, a Research Associate at the National Bureau of Economic Research, and a non-resident adjunct Senior Fellow at the Hoover Institution. He has served or is currently serving on the editorial boards of the Journal of Economic Perspectives, AEJ: Economic Policy, the Journal of Public Economics, and the Journal of Health Economics. He is also the founding director of the Center for Economic Policy Analysis within the UC San Diego Department of Economics (https://cepa.ucsd.edu/).
