About Martin Biewen

Martin Biewen is a professor of Statistics and Econometrics at the University of Tübingen and a Scientific Director at the Institute for Applied Economic Research (IAW Tübingen). His research interests include labor and education economics, income distribution, and applied microeconometrics. He has published articles in journals such as the Journal of Econometrics, the Journal of Applied Econometrics, the Review of Economics and Statistics, the Oxford Bulletin of Economics and Statistics, and the Journal of Labor Economics. Among other things, he has been a long-term advisor to the Federal Government of Germany for their regular reports on income and wealth in Germany.
