About Marco Francesconi
Marco is a professor in the Economics Department at the University of Essex. His main area of research is labour economics, with special interest in family economics, gender, income inequality, sociogenetics, early child outcomes, and intergenerational mobility. Marco is a Research Fellow of the Institute for Social and Economic Research (Essex), Centre for Economic Policy Research, the Institute for the Study of Labor (Bonn), and the CES-ifo network (Munich).
