Roland Rathelot is a Professor of Economics at Institut Polytechnique de Paris, within the Ecole Nationale Supérieure d'Administration Economique (ENSAE) and a Researcher at the Centre de Recherche en Economie et Statistique (CREST). His research focuses on labour economics, and applied microeconometrics. In the recent years, he has been particularly interested in the job search and the hiring process, gender inequality and ethnic discrimination.
