About Simon Goerlach

Joseph-Simon Görlach is an assistant professor at Bocconi University.

His research interests include labor economics, political economy and development economics. One focus of his research is on geographic mobility, individuals’ destination choice, migration duration, and migrants’ assimilation and investment decisions. He received his PhD in Economics from University College London, and an undergraduate degree in International Economics from the University of Tübingen.
