Simon Quach is an Assistant Professor of Economics at the University of Southern California. His research studies how labour market regulations and firm practices shape wages, working hours, and worker welfare. Some of his recent projects study overtime regulation, pay transparency, unemployment insurance, and paid leave. He received his PhD in Economics from Princeton University.
