Gabriele is a Postdoctoral Researcher at the ROCKWOOL Foundation Berlin (RFBerlin). He is a labour economist studying the allocation of workers across firms and locations, with a particular interest in wage determination, working-time arrangements, and job design, also in the context of migration. In his work, he combines structural econometrics with empirical methods to address and inform policy-relevant questions.
