CReAM Report on Immigrant Population in the EU Featured in Global Media Outlets

CReAM at RFBerlin published a new report on “The immigrant Population In the European Union: Growth, Concentration and Dispersion”, written by Tommaso Frattini and Camilla Piovesan. The report shows that the number of foreign-born residents rose to 64.2 million in 2025, up by 2.1 million in just one year, and from around 40 million in 2010. Important to note is that while there is growth, there is also an imbalance. Migration in Europe remains highly uneven, with Germany as the largest destination with 18 million immigrants.
