Julie joined RFBerlin as an administrative assistant in June 2025 after more than twenty years at the helm of her own boutique translation office in Berlin. She has translated books, essays, reports and academic texts on themes ranging from global healthcare systems and climate change to the Russian avant-garde and the fall of the Berlin Wall. Her clients over the years included the Börsenverein des deutschen Buchhandels, the Bertelsmann Stiftung, Kulturprojekte Berlin, the Mercator Stiftung, Universität Potsdam, Berlin Partner GmbH and countless individual authors and academics.
