Dogan Gülümser is a Postdoctoral Researcher at the ROCKWOOL Foundation Berlin (RFBerlin) and ESMT Berlin.

He completed his PhD in Economics at Uppsala University in Sweden. His research focuses on labor economics, with particular attention to labor market inequalities. He combines theoretical and empirical approaches to study how imperfect competition, information frictions, and firm-level wage policies shape wage inequality and gender pay gaps.

He is affiliated with the Uppsala Center for Labor Studies (UCLS), a member of the OECD’s LinkEED2 network, and was a visiting researcher at the Centre for Economic Performance at the London School of Economics in 2023.
