CReAM@RFBerlin – the Centre for Research and Analysis on Migration – advances and disseminates empirical research on migration, bringing together work conducted across RFBerlin.
CReAM also serves as a knowledge hub for policymakers and the wider public. We compile and present data on migration in Europe and around the world, address key questions in the public debate, track new research, and synthesise evidence on the economic and social outcomes of migrant and native-born populations.
CReAM@RFBerlin is directed by Prof. Christian Dustmann (University College London) and Prof. Tommaso Frattini (University of Milan).

Migration is one of the defining topics of our time, yet the data behind it is often scattered and hard to compare. The Migration Data Explorer brings together figures from leading official sources, including Eurostat, the European Social Survey, UNHCR, and the UK Office for National Statistics, and harmonises them in one accessible dashboard.
Explore migration stocks and flows, refugee and asylum statistics, labour market and integration outcomes, and attitudes towards migration through interactive maps and graphs. You can also download ready-made country factsheets with the key indicators at a glance. The platform is regularly updated with the latest official releases, so you’re always working with current and reliable figures.
